Nurse Wellness Program

 I help healthcare professionals—especially nurses—who are overwhelmed by long shifts, chronic stress, and exhaustion, reclaim their health through sustainable nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle strategies. As a registered nurse, health coach, and personal trainer, I understand firsthand how working in healthcare can wear you down physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’re constantly giving to others, yet rarely have time to care for yourself.


This program is for those who feel burned out, struggle to find time to eat well, rest, or move their bodies, and want to feel energized and in control again—on and off the job. Healthier healthcare workers make safer decisions, connect better with patients, and ultimately help more people heal—including themselves.
