Mermaid Open Water Swim in Stuart, FL

 I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be participating in the Mermaid Open Water Swim in Stuart, FL on August 9th, 2025! 🏊‍♀️🌊 To prepare, I’m taking a balanced, whole-person approach to my training, focusing not only on swimming, but also on strength work, fueling strategies, and open water conditioning.
