There’s something powerful about walking—and training—alongside someone who gets it.
I’m not just a coach. I’m also an athlete and a woman of faith who knows what it’s like to juggle goals, fatigue, doubts, and dreams that feel just out of reach. I’ve been in the messy middle, unsure if I was strong enough, fast enough, or “ready.”
But I’ve also experienced what happens when we train with intention… when we commit to the process, surrender the outcome, and do it with others who encourage us to keep showing up.
That’s what Let’s Train Together is all about.
You don’t need a perfect schedule, perfect fitness, or perfect faith to begin. You just need to be willing. Willing to show up, trust the process, and let training become more than physical—it becomes transformational.
In this space, I share stories from my own journey—what I’m learning, what I’m struggling through, and how God is showing up along the way. You’ll also hear from other women who are running their race in real, beautiful, and faith-filled ways.
